Check out the latest happenings!
As you might suspect, not an awful lot of news has been released in the last two weeks in light of Christmas and the new year, so this list is pretty short! If you’re left wanting more, though, might I suggest checking out a few of my yearend posts? Oh, and keep an eye out for my statistics post tomorrow! I’m ridiculously excited about that one.

We have a cover for Sarah MacLean’s new book! I’m actually not the biggest fan of this cover because I really dislike the fonts (which makes me feel like a terrible person because MacLean discusses in the Q&A how excited she is about the font), but obviously I’m super excited for this new series!

We also have the description for Tessa Dare’s next book! No cover yet, but it should be coming soon!

And this isn’t technically news, but I thought I’d drop this article in here about sensitivity readers. The New York Times created a lot of hoopla on Twitter when it published an article asking if sensitivity readers promote censorship, and I thought the article linked above was a really good response. Dhonielle Clayton (whose new book The Belles is out on February 6) also had a really great response on Twitter, which you can check out here.

And that’s everything! Like I said, it was pretty quiet over the holidays. I’m sure there will be a lot more to wrap up in my next book news post!
Oh, and for those who read my Traveling with Books post and were wondering which ones I finally decided to bring with, check out my Instagram post here. What did you read during the holiday season? Let me know in the comments.
How did I miss the cover for Sarah MacLean’s latest?? Shameful! So thankful for your posts like this!!

The only problem is, this interview is making it impossible to wait until June!!

I know! I just really want it right now. Also, did you notice, she didn’t tell us who the heroine is?!

I didn’t! Honestly, I assumed it would be the sister and the business partner that were set up in Day of the Duchess.
