Book News: March 30, 2018

It’s been kind of quiet in the book news world over the last two weeks (which is probably best after the last installment, tbh), but I do have some news from Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli, Jay Kristoff, Jenny Han, and more!

#####

We have the cover for Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli’s joint book!

#####

We also have the US cover for Darkdawn, the final book in the Nevernight trilogy! I actually don’t like the US covers, which is why I’ve been buying the UK editions, but this one is pretty badass. Although the cover reveal comes with slightly sad news: the article says it’s slated for a November release date instead of the originally anticipated September.

#####

I’m not one to post much book-to-movie adaptation news because I really just don’t watch that many movies, but I love To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before so much that I couldn’t not include the news that a movie adaptation is coming to Netflix this summer!

#####

Sandhya Menon has announced a preorder campaign for her new release, From Twinkle, With Love. Submit your receipt for custom character art, stickers, bookmarks, and signed book plates. I loved her debut novel, When Dimple Met Rishi, so I’m excited to see what she does with her next book.

#####

And one last gem to leave you with today: This Woman Wrote Her Novel at a Tire Store and Now They Are Her Biggest Fans. It’s such a cute read!

#####

What books news are you most excited about? Does anyone else have their fingers crossed that “Summer 2018” means June as opposed to August so we can watch the Jenny Han movie as soon as possible? Let me know in the comments!
