May Wrap Up

Posted on June 4, 2018 by Dani

I read a bunch of amazing books last month that I can’t wait to talk about! Also, I’m trying something a little new this month in the formatting of my wrap up posts; let me know what you think in the quick poll at the end.

Do you think I have enough books?! Thank you so much to @avonbooks for this last #AvonAddict package. They asked us each for our favorite Avon title, and then sent them all to us (my pick was The Governess Game by Tessa Dare, btw) along with a bandana and cute little necklace. I've read a lot of these, but there's still a big stack I need to get to. This whole experience has been so amazing, and I think it's safe to say that I'll be an Avon Addict for life! #bookstack #romancenovels #allthebooks PS: I forgot to mention that I was so excited about these new editions that I already swapped them out for some of the older ones on my shelves by the time I took this picture, hence why some of these books look a little more battered than the rest!
I can't believe King of Scars is finally here!! I'm making myself wait until this weekend to read it, because I know that once I start, I won't want to stop! The launch event at The Strand was a lot of fun. Leigh is great, though I wish the Q&A had been a bit longer. It's probably best it wasn't, though, because there were a ton of people there to get their books signed! In addition to the book, they had some fun goodies at the event. I picked up a Grishaverse passport and some great buttons, and on our way out they gave us thank you notes from Leigh printed on a map of the Grishaverse as well as these adorable cookies. #grishaverse #kingofscars #leighbardugo #bookstagram #newrelease
