I usually try to keep these posts to about three books, but there are so many books coming out today! And they’re all historical romance! Keep reading for my reviews of Kate Bateman’s new jewel thief romance, Joanna Shupe’s final Uptown Girls book, a debut from Christina Britton, the long-anticipated final book in Sarah MacLean’s Bareknuckle Bastards series, and Vanessa Riley’s latest book starring a West Indian heiress. While there are definitely less things to look forward to than usual, fortunately there are still a ton of great books slated to come out this summer! Keep reading to see what romances I’m most excited to get my hands on in the coming months. Continue reading
As promised, today’s post is a recap of my experience at RWA’s Blogger Day, which was held at the end of the Romance Writers of America annual conference and could be attended separately of everything else.
With the annual Romance Writers of America conference in town this past week, there were a plethora of amazing romance events to go to! I tend not to write recaps of book signings I go to these days, but I’m so excited about all of the events I went to last week that I couldn’t not write a post (or two) about them all!
As you might know if you’ve spent much time on my blog, I’m a big romance reader. But interestingly enough, I’ve never really cared much about romance covers. If I were to do a post all about cover love (like this one I did about books I read for the cover), it’d mostly feature YA or other fiction books, but definitely no romance. But there are a lot of gorgeous romance covers coming out lately, so I figured I’d share some of my newfound excitement with you!
Soooo many exciting books are coming out this summer! Strap in, because this installment of my most anticipated books is going to be a long one. Continue reading
December was a rather busy month for me, so I really wasn’t sure how much reading I’d get in. As it turns out, I wound up powering through a lot of romances this month (the Psy-Changeling series is just so addicting!), plus a handful of other things, so all in all it was a good conclusion to my 2018 reading! Continue reading
I read a bunch of amazing books last month that I can’t wait to talk about! Also, I’m trying something a little new this month in the formatting of my wrap up posts; let me know what you think in the quick poll at the end.
It’s that time again! The changing of the seasons means it’s time to talk about a new set of upcoming releases, and there are some books coming out in the next few months that I’m super excited about. Continue reading
I saw this tag on Beth’s blog, Reading Every Night, a while ago and thought it’d be a fun idea, although at the time I couldn’t choose between doing a fantasy-themed one and a romance-themed one since those are two of my favorite genres. But I was looking for some sort of tag to pair with the romance giveaway I’m announcing at the end of this post, so romance it is!
